Lovely staff, nice location and building with large garden. Excellent opening hours. However it is extremely poor value for money. They ask 30-40% premium compared to nearby nurseries which have better ofsted reports. Nor do they provide workplace nursery benefit which could benefit the parents a lot. Bright Horizon, the new owner of the nursery is an American company owning more than 700 nurseries worldwide and you can tell; it has become a lot more corporate and money focused.

Exceptionally great nursery! Our little one is happy every morning to go there and last 6 months with no issues at all. Takwa and all the team are fantastic and love what they do! Many thanks 🙏 Would be perfect if morning drop off time to be 7:45 to catch the 08:03 train from Kingston.
Kateys House offers a safe, loving and caring environment, where children learn how to be their best self while enjoying a range of educational activities. The staff are friendly and happy to help. They have a great menu that promotes healthily eating and is freshly prepared by a fantastic onsite chef. I would highly recommend Kateys House for your child it is really an outstanding Nursery, I know my son loved it there and still talks very fondly of his time there.

My son attended Kings Meadow for 4 years and my daughrer is also attending, the staff fully trained and fun. The facilities have so much to offer with the meadow, garden and attached softplay. My children are happy to attend which made me happy to leave them.

It's the best school ever!
Very good school

I note the 1 star reviews here have no comments or just "Bad teachers" as if somebody got a bad grade recently, this does not make these very trustworthy in my opinion. Anyway I have one son there and another starting in September. My eldest loves it to the point of asking to go there on weekend. He is a normal kid and keeps surprising me with the new skills he brings home from school be it music, reading, art, baking, etc. The school feels very inclusive, it feels kind to the kids and parents, something you do not see often nowadays. We've seen lots of other schools, but have not find anything even close to this one. They actually seem to care about kids' mental health and well-being, not just ratings or results.
Wonderful gardens and a super fun day

This is a phenomenal school with fantastic leadership in place. I have two sons who attend the school - each with different skills. Not only does the school ensure each child has their needs meet, they challenge an nurture them. I am so grateful to the teaching staff and respect the Head Teacher immensely for her personal approach, her visibility and her enthusiasm. She has transformed the school and champions each child in the school as if he or she was her own. She knows each parent and provides a bespoke and tailored approach to every family. Her commitment to the school is to be commended and the outcome of beautiful, wonderfully talented children is a reflection of all that the school does. As a paediatrician who works full time, I feel so grateful to the school for teaching my children so well and managing to ensure I feel I am involved in all aspects of my child's education. I recommend the school over any other school in the area.
This is a good school. My daughter enjoyed it very much. She made a lot of friends and became more confident, more chatty. Mrs Sparrow and Mrs Twomey (Nursery) are very caring and professional.

Educare small school is a hidden gem in Kingston. It is a family of amazing teachers, children and parents. Teachers nurture every child's learning journey; older and younger children play together and look after each other; parents are best friends. My daughter (4 years old) summarises it well "I love school mummy" The kindergarten provides the perfect introduction to school with the right mix of play, learning, outdoor activities, arts and sports. Working parents can also get the 30h/15h free childcare in full. I do not know any other places that do that. It is the best decision we made!
My daughter has attended the Kindergarten preschool since she was 3 years old, originally starting 2 mornings a week and now almost full time. She has flourished here, the staff are amazing, the trips and activities organised (playball, forest school, music, trips to Kew Gardens, Bocketts Farm, theatre shows) are beyond my expectations, and the flexibility to add hours or days is brilliant. Plus the offer of the 15 and 30 childcare hours funding has been a real bonus.

A wonderful school where all children of all abilities are cared for. A very happy setting which provides an expansive education for young minds. Highly recommended.
